This academic research work is called «An approach to rate from theory of importance of criteria point of view». The main idea consists in making a new rating system in the Higher School of Economics. The new method of ranking is based on principles of noncompensatory and threshold aggregation. This type of aggregation has been considered in many publications, beginning with work by K.J.Arrow.
