This work describes one of the main components of the theory of management – strategy of human resource management, and employees’ satisfaction with their work in the medical organization, as a consequence. Health Care, as well as any other sphere of life, requires the use of the set of methods by which a governing body influences a subject. Due to the increase and strengthening of value of the person in the organization, strategy of human resource management and employees’ satisfaction with work are intensively implemented in the medical organizations and establishments. Therefore, we need to focus on this subject. In spite of the fact that questions of strategy of human resource management in Health Care are investigated by various qualified scientists, the problem of satisfaction with work and of the implementation of effective stimulation methods remains unsolved. This subject is not fully studied and is currently important, especially now, in the time of the healthcare sector reforming. The purpose of this work was to consider strategy of human resource management in the private medical organization, and to perform the analysis of personnel s’ satisfaction with their work. As a result of this research, the following recommendations are offered: improvement of personnel stimulation methods; improvement of the corporate culture as factor of increase of the human resource management efficiency in the private medical organization. This work will be interesting to healthcare managers, chief physicians, and owners of the private medical organizations, and also to the human resource management companies.
