Analysis of Using LMS Systems in Secondary Schools

A study was conducted in the framework of the graduate work and was devoted to the issues of e-learning. The evolution of the global network system brought these systems to a new level, merging all functional blocks from content to learning management and statistical reporting on a single platform. HSE Lyceum was a basis to the survey. The following steps of the research were held: analysis of existing electronic learning systems in secondary schools in Russia and abroad, information support system analysis of the lyceum, questionnaire for the teachers and administration about existing system, interview with the developer of HSE university. Main development directions of existing in HSE Lyceum system were obtained and challenges that need to be addressed in the course of integration into the information HSE University were identified. As a result of the study author developed recommendations for modification LMS HSE reflecting users’ categories and functions especially for secondary education level.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
