Factors Influencing Revenue of Mobile Games Distribution

Current paper is the analysis of the relation between such characteristics of mobile games as monetization, game mechanics and similar features and the income of distribution of mobile games. The topic is extremelly relevant due to high rates of growth of the mobile games' market and its relevantly bigger size compared to other markets inside game industry. Because of that the author considers that current paper might be useful in context of searching for projects of investments in game industry. The litarature which is used in the paper represents market study of users' behaviour and, in addition to this similar studies of the relationship between mobile game features of Social Network genre and their revenue of the games launched in Japan and USA. The methodology consists of the author's study of applications in sample in the endeavor to find relevant game features and linear regression analysis afterwards. The result of the work shows that the most successful games are those that account for apps behaviour patterns and monetization system features. The work consists of 34 pages, 4 tables, 2 diagrams and 20 literature references.
