Evolutionary Game Theory Applications for Social Network Analysis

Social networks have become an indispensable part of everyday life. The main interest in social networks is a huge data flow, creating the phenomenon of «Big Data». In such circumstances, the problem of the dissemination of information has become an important subject of research. Most of the existing work on the analysis of the dissemination of information based on modeling or network structure, or an empirical approach of examining the data. However, on the dissemination of information is also affected by user actions, decisions, socioeconomic relations. In this paper we propose to use a theoretical model of evolutionary game to simulate the dynamics of the dissemination of information in social networks. More specifically, it presents an analysis of the model of the game in a network with permanent and non-degree and concluded by the data taken from Facebook. It was concluded that this model is effective, and the game is suitable for modeling the dynamics of information dissemination process, users of social networks.
