Strategy for Project Management Maturity Development in Auditing Company

Graduate qualification work on the theme "Strategy for Project Management Maturity Development in Auditing Company" dedicated to evaluate and improve a project management (PM) maturity level of the company. The object of this study is one of the leading auditing companies, a member of a global network, the subject of the research is the PM system of the company. The purpose is to develop a set of recommendations for the PM system maturity development. The method of assessing the PM maturity level based on the standards and prior works in this field has been designed to collect primary data. Project managers of this company have been chosen as respondents, and then the statistical and qualitative data analysis has been performed. The baseline results are the rating of knowledge areas and a general PM system maturity level in the organization, a list of solutions to the problems for the practical application in the company’s system.
