Development of Reference Model for IT-Company

The theme of this graduation qualification work is « A reference business processes model development for IT companies." The work is divided into three parts: a theoretical description of the ARIS tools and reference models of IT service companies based on business processes, analysis of the structure in two IT companies (web studios) .In the first chapter describes in detail the history of ITIL reference model library (IT Infrastructure Library), it was disclosed contents of the main volume and ideas disclosed therein. In the second chapter text describes the business process analysis tools, namely a notation ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems). The third chapter shows the classification of IT companies, the analysis of the two IT service companies found potential vulnerabilities in their structure, and established reference model of Web-studio. The purpose of this paper is to examine the ITIL reference model database, the creation of a reference model of the business processes of IT service solutions company using ARIS ITIL reference and database models. To achieve this goal it was necessary: ​​to review the literature on the existing basis of the reference models, select and justify the methodology and description of business processes tools, lead visual classification of IT companies to carry out business process analysis of several IT companies, analyze vulnerable business processes analyzed IT companies to develop a reference model of IT service companies (web-studio). The work is a reference model of IT service companies in the field of web development, which allows us to analyze the business processes of these companies and hold on its basis to optimize.
