The use of information technologies in the Internet environment is increasing annually and changes all spheres of our lives, including the healthcare, which is one of the most socially important spheres of any government. Considering the limitless possibilities of the Internet and the enormous pace of the development of IT, we can say that these technologies can make Russian healthcare significantly more effective and qualitative. The aim of this study is the research and the analysis of information and communication technologies in the Internet environment in the Russian healthcare and the analysis of the prospects for their development in our country. During the analysis of the market of information and communication technologies in the Internet in Russian healthcare some advantages and disadvantages have been revealed. Also in this study, the author has given some proposals and recommendations to make the process of integration of various information technologies in Russian healthcare faster and more efficient.
