This work includes a comparative analysis of modern approaches to the identification of information security incidents. Analyzed the standards in the field of information security management. This technical tool as SIEM, and the specificity of his work are another subject of this study.

On the basis of the obtained results of the analysis are considered prerequisites for creation of a monitoring center and response to incidents of information security.
