Transterminologisation in Juridical Science. Supposition and Influence on Areas of Law

In modern law science the recently appeared problem of judicial language is not properly observed — such challenge is provided by transterminologisation. A process of a transfer of one term from one law area to another is one of the most timely, desirable and interesting law challenges that requires surgical examination. Present work is providing the timely terminology, arrangement and proposition of usage of such process for a thorough view on theory and philosophy of law.
