The automation of interaction between buyers and sellers is currently gaining popularity. However, in the public procurement sector, namely the procurement of uniforms, such an approach is only gaining momentum. As a result, there are problems both in the industry and within individual enterprises.

This research object of study is a manufacturing company of "EXPOTORG". The subject of this research is process of interaction with corporate clients research-business processes through electronic bidding platforms. The aim of the work is to develop requirements for the automation of selected process.

In order to achieve this aim the following tasks are formed:

• Research activities and structure of the company;

• Structure the collected data;

• Build a model of the process based on the selected notation;

• Find problems within the process;

• Develop requirements for the IS (Information System) on the basis of the constructed model;

• Develop criteria for the selection of software products;

• On the basis of the criteria to select the target software from the market to automate the process.

In order to collect information survey of employees involved in the process was held and acquaintance with the federal laws governing the market was done. Based on the information collected, organizational structure of the company was modelled, as well as the problems in the process. On the next step, TO-BE model of the process was built based on eEPC annotation. Then FURPS+ standard requirements for software solution and criteria for selecting software based on ISO / IEC 9126-93 were generated.

The requirements and criteria have been used for market research. Bu using these criteria for evaluating software products the product that best suits the company was chosen.

After the implementation of the selected software product problems of the company associated with the interaction with corporate clients must be addressed.
