Development of Requirements for Automation of Business Processes

This work is devoted to the development of qualifying requirements for the automation of business - processes on the example of invitro. Objective - to develop requirements for the automation of business processes of the company. The objectives of this work:  Collect materials describing the general state of the organization;  The study of issues related to the use of ICT tools in the enterprise;  Description and analysis of the current state of the technical support process, the process of delivery and receipt and analysis of the process of formation of physicians and patient’s database;  Develop and describe the proposals on the improvement of selected for the automation of business processes;  Develop requirements for automation of selected business processes, developed on the basis of the proposals for improvements. This work will help to identify problem areas in business processes invitro, as well as improve the efficiency of the company on the following criteria:  As part of the technical support: • The speed of receiving and processing treatment; • Uniform distribution of the load on the workforce; • Proper prioritization of applications; • promptly solve the problems incident.  As part of the delivery and receipt of assays: • Speed of the outcome of patients after treatment in a medical office; • The level of protection of confidential - personal information; • The number of errors that occurred.
