Analysis and Selection of Modern Information Systems in the Area of Human Resources Management

The subject of this graduate qualification work is "Analysis and a selection of modern information systems in the field of HR management." The relevance of the subject is due to the urgent need for automatization of the HR-processes through the implementation of the most appropriate information system. The aim of this study is to analyze information systems in the field of personnel management for the company A and choose the most suitable one. To achieve the goal within the framework of this study, the object domain of information systems that automate the management of personnel will be studied and a comparative analysis of existing systems will be performed. The first chapter contains the study of the theoretical aspects of information systems implementation in the field of personnel management, including processes, functions and problems in this sphere, and identification of the key features of HRM-systems for personnel management automation. The second chapter is devoted to the review of the HRM-systems market, their comparative analysis, identifying strengths and weaknesses, taking into account all the requirements of company A. The most optimal solution for further implementation was selected on the basis of this analysis. The third chapter provides a description of the information system selected in the second chapter, including a review of functional modules and features, and the main advantages of using the chosen system are highlighted. In addition, the basic steps to implement the system in the company are examined. The study revealed that the use of ETWeb HRM-system solves most of the problems associated with personnel management, which the company A had to face prior to the selection and implementation of this system. IS gives the opportunity to improve personnel performance efficiency, reduce labor costs, but also increases the degree of involvement of all personnel in the organization processes.
