Organization of a Migration Between Information Systems, Considering Risk Reduction

This work is of final qualification work titled « Organization of a Migration between Information Systems, Considering Risk Reduction ». The aim of this work is to develop methods of migration of data from one information system to another, taking into account the reduction of risks. For that aim a number of tasks are contemplated: to analyze and to outline the problems of organization; for the study of IT - infrastructure of the company, to learn the basic system in the company, which will migrated; to establish a list of problems related with the system, for which reason and set a goal to organize migration in the form of the development of methods for data migration. The result of the paper is drawing up of the plan of preparation for migration, and of the implementation plan for migration using the criteria of the success of the migration.
