Automation оf Human Resources Management Processes in XXX

The work is focused on automation of human resources management processes and is based on the real project of the system implementation in the XXX company. The following HR processes will be considered in the study: Performance management and Training and development management. In the XXX company there are a number of problems concerning big labour inputs and financial expenses. To solve these problems it is necessary to improve the processes of human resources management in the XXX company. The aim of this work consists in improvement of the processes of HR management in the company by means of their automation. To achieve this aim a range of tasks should be solved. The first chapter studies various methodologies of information gathering, the formation of the system requirements and approaches to modelling of the processes. Moreover, the documentation standard for the requirements was considered as well as the existing approaches to automation and the functionality of HRIS-type systems were analyzed. Thus, it became possible to justify the selection of the methods for the practical part of the work. Finally, the third chapter provides information on the system settings. The following theoretical methods were used in the current study: the analysis of literature, articles and the best practices of the system integrator Axes Pro. The result of the work is the adjustment of the ETWeb system for automation of human resources management processes. The practical relevance of the work consists in reducing time and material costs for staff training and assessment. According to the in-house study of the XXX company the financial expenses on the processes of performance management and training management have decreased by 45% and by 34% respectively due to partial or full automation what indicates high efficiency of the system.
