Problem: One of the innovative approaches to inform management decisions is the use of decision support systems (DSS). Existing DSS is mainly used methods of multi-criteria mathematical programming, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the analytical method of networks (MAC). However, these methods cannot always be used to solve the problem, because they only work under certain conditions. Creating the DSS, which are based on other methods of decision-making is very relevant because it provides an opportunity to improve the quality of the analytical study possible solutions as a result of solving the problem of using different methods and compare the results to select the most preferred embodiment of the solution. Methodical bases of creation DSS ELECTRE: algorithms ELECTRE family of methods, presented in a form suitable for the development of software. Among them is the algorithm of the method ELECTRE I, which is the simplest, but you cannot get a complete ranking of the alternatives. The algorithm method instead ELECTREv disagreement index uses veto-border, which are assigned to each criterion. The key difference algorithm method is the use of ELECTRE IS pseudo criterions. ELECTRE II method algorithm uses distillation process alternatives. High precision ranging ELECTRE III method is achieved by allowing the use of multiple alternatives pseudo criterions and distillation procedures. Practical value: the results of research can be used for analytical study possible solutions using methods that have not been used in practice due to the lack of appropriate software. ELECTRE DSS was used to solve the problem of choosing a business intelligence platform of large dimension. Keywords: algorithms ELECTRE family of methods, ELECTRE DSS, the task of choosing a business intelligence platform.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
