Comparative Study of Motives Determining Choice of Low Cost Airlines in Countries of European Union and in the Russian Federation

The main goal of this study is to define the attitude to low cost airlines in the European Union and in the Russian Federation , to find leading motives, which are determing the choice, and also to improve the corporate standards of service based on the obtained data. In this study were widely used such techniques as critical and constructive analysis of theoretical concepts, market analysis of low cost airlines in the EU and the RF, in-depth interview (method to assess consumer attitudes, as well as highlight the motives), and a survey method aimed at identifying the most important set of motives. The results of this study will help to identify the factors that determine the choice of low cost airlines. Results can be claimed in the process of improving the company's promotion strategy, loyalty programs and corporate service standards . The results will be useful for marketers , PR - agents and etc.
