The main goal of this paper is to increase efficiency of aviation company by implementation of information analysis system for aircraft incidents account and analysis. The study examined features of different strategies of technical operation of the aircraft and compared existing systems for aircraft incidents account and analysis. A functional model was built which described processes of subject domain.

Practical part of the paper is dedicated to development of information analysis system, which consists of a data warehouse and an application for account and visualization of analysis results. The algorithms of aviation incidents account and analysis were developed and procedures of automated support of decisions making were carried out in order to form recommendations for further technical operation of an aircraft.
