Analysis of the Investment Attractiveness of the Moscow Technopark Development

The present work is devoted to study the investment attractiveness of technopark business model, and its implementation for current Moscow real estate market. The main objective of this project is to determine the key factors, which should be considered for developing the Moscow technopark, and study the financials of an innovative technopark project. Following this, the financial modeling and content analysis methods are used. The baseline findings show the evidence of great perspectives for investing in Moscow technopark development. The results may be taken into account by Russian technopark managing companies, seeking investments.
