Implementation a Balanced Scorecard in the Non-Profit Organization

This paper examines the use of the Balanced Scorecard in a not-for-profit organization (Russian charity foundation). The implementation of this system will improve the effectiveness of not-for-profit organization. The paper contains 7 tables, 19 figures, 2 appendices, 56 pages and 26 sources.
