The Use of MS Sharepoint Solution for the Company's Docflow Optimization

In conditions of today’s competition, which prevails on the emerging and developed markets (the Russian Federation is also among them), the added value of sold goods and services exceeds many times the cost of sale price, and in the context of the economic crisis, together with the increased cost of imported components, and even more so. As a result, companies are trying to optimize their production processes and reduce costs.

This work is related to the analysis and the use of Microsoft SharePoint solutions to optimize workflow, evidence from the consulting company "Bellerage Outsourcing and Consulting."

The aim of this work is to study the MS SharePoint solution in terms of docflow optimization, description and analysis of the selected company workflow. Based on the data studied, the company docflow is to be shown and analyzed after Microsoft SharePoint implementation.

In accordance with the purpose of the following tasks were set:

• Examine workflow consulting company "Bellerage Outsourcing and Consulting"

• Describe the Microsoft SharePoint as a solution to optimize workflow

• Describe and analyze workflow process after the introduction of Microsoft SharePoint

• Describe and analyze workflow process after the establishment of an external cloud portal, based on the SQL Server Microsoft SharePoint solutions

• Evaluate the effectiveness of document after Microsoft SharePoint implementation in conjunction with the interaction with the cloud portal

The result of this work is the analysis of "Bellerage Outsourcing and Consulting" workflow done before and after the implementation of Microsoft SharePoint. There were developed forms of external cloud portal in order to optimize workflow with clients.

The calculation of Microsoft SharePoint implementation efficiency showed the increased by 50%.
