Nowadays there is a tendency of constant global competition raising. Goods, services and products are competing harder and harder, that's why the question of creating and protecting competitive advantages is not only actual, but essential. One of the competitive advantage sources if strategic positioning. The name of the work is "Strategic Positioning (the Case of LLC "KOMPUTERiA")" The aim was to develop a strategic positioning for LLC "KOMPUTERiA" Reaching the aim was unable without realization of following steps: -Analysis of approaches to understanding the terminology apparat of the research -Analysis of existing approaches to strategic positioning -Analysis of existing strategic positioning methodology -Analysis of summer children camps in Tverskaya oblast', and company LLC "KOMPUTERiA" -Qualitive research in order to find out important factors/attributes influencing customer decision -Quantitive evaluation of factors found, estimating factors of determination -Analysis of market competitors through their ability to fit customer preferences -Finding the preferable positions for LLC "COMPUTERiA" products -Making program how to transfer preferable positions into real ones
