In this thesis titled «Loan agreement with a commercial legal entity», the author exercises a comprehensive analysis of influences on credit relations made by legal practice and changes in the legislation, which arise from credit agreement with a legal entity, using the criterion of legal certainty. During the research were revealed some gaps in the legislation, which beget legal uncertainty. Such problems affect, in particular, bank commissions paying, termination fees, unilaterally changing of the interest rate and legal nature of annuity.
