The Highest Authorities of the Islamic State

Abstract This paper analyzed the conditions that allowed the "Islamic state", to confront not only the official authorities of Syria and Iraq, but also around the world. Also explain concept of a secular state and the caliphate as a theocratic state. As was proved the state was given a different definitions, Liberals understand it differently and Marxists differently. The history of the Caliphate is represented, it is important, because in that it period a number of important events were happened, and thus are source of judgments Muslim scholars. Trying to justify the concept of power, many scholars took it as an example the events, which took place during this period. Also this work represents the reasons of the emergence of "Islamic state", it`s structure, the hierarchy, propaganda, the divisions into departments.
