The Development of Critical Success Factors of 1C:Document Flow (ECM) Solution Self-carried Implementations Projects

This paper is devoted to development of a set of critical success factors necessary for carrying out projects of implementation of 1C:Document Flow (ECM) independently. In this paper basic sets of critical success factors of projects of implementation of IT-solutions are analyzed as well as projects of implementation of 1C:Document Flow are described and own approach to definition of critical success factors is set. The hypothesis of this research is that exists such set of critical success factors which provides successful carrying out of project of implementation of 1C:Document Flow independently. In order to develop a model of critical success factors in projects of implementation of 1C:Document Flow an expert questioning was used. The method of expert evaluations acts as special means. Methods of average ranks and a method of medians were applied create a total ranking. The result of this paper is a model of implementation of critical success factors of 1C:Document Flow independently by the enterprise.
