Higher Attestation Commission of the Great Patriotic War: Historico-Legal Research

This dissertation examines the legal framework conferring academic degrees and titles in the implementation of activities of the Higher Attestation Commission of the scientific certification, as well as the existing law-enforcement databases. The regulatory framework governing the activities of the Higher Attestation Commission and further improvement of the legislation in the field of awarding academic degrees and titles are analysed in this work. In addition, the author reviews the activities of the Higher Attestation Commission for awarding degrees under the law-enforcement practice.
