Strategy of Consumers' Involvement through Using Technology of Co-Creative Marketing

Involment' strategies with technology co-creative marketing: 1) type of strategy brand engagement through the use of social media marketing tools: - the use of opinion leaders, bloggers; - create virtual buyers club (brand community) ; - involving users in a dialogue: the creation of chat rooms, discussions, forums, collecting feedback; 2) strategy of brand engagement through the company's website: - optimization and tuning of users ' dashboards to effectively gather feedback about the service at the point of sale, and convenient communications between users; - possibility to create own elements in a product or service, customization and personalization of products to meet the needs of each user; - CRM - marketing, personalization of customer relations - constant updating of information and entertainment content; 3) strategy of consumer engagement in the brand through a crowdsourcing platform - aimed to collect the ideas of consumers to improve the product or service of the company; 4) the strategy of brand engagement by means of forums, blogs, professional communities 5) type of strategy brand engagement through mobile marketing and using mobile apps Also the success of the company largely is determined by whether customers are buying its products, so how involved the customers in the brand. We have identified 5 possible levels of involvement of the client, the relationship with the latter, each of which is based on the previous one. • first level — the customer buys your product / service; • the second level is the client loyal to your product / service, and constantly buys him / her; • the third level is the customer willing buying other kinds of your goods / services; • the fourth level — the customer recommends your product / service to others, if it is such an opportunity; • the fifth level — the customer is your advocate (lawyer of the brand and promoting your product
