Marketing Strategy Development (the Case of BusinessLink Training LLC)

The strategy is a way to solve the problems of the company, and in our master's project, an occasion for marketing strategy reflection has become a key strategy of the problem, namely the difference between the desired company's market position and current. Thus, the company "BusinessLink Training" aims to increase the number of customers and thus market share. The company sees a problem in the existing strategy, as no clearly defined strategy and plan includes only a small number of functions implemented by the company. The purpose of the master's thesis - the development of a marketing strategy of "BusinessLink Training." In writing the following tasks:  Definition of marketing strategy;  Determining the place marketing strategy in the organization;  Identify stages of developing a marketing strategy;  Analysis of the current activity of the enterprise;  Identify the company's competitors and market trends;  Analysis of environmental factors;  Development of company strategies;

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
