Successful development of the company in the market implies a constant improvement of the basic and auxiliary business processes of the company, which is not possible without the use of tools of logistics. In this research paper we will consider a logistic system of an enterprise, in which logistics is one of the three core business processes, related to the main activity: trade of imported premium non-alcoholic products on the Russian market. Range of trading company as object of study stems from the fact that trade in the market conditions governs the relationship from the manufacturer to the final consumer, covering the entire supply chain.

The relevance of this work lies in the constant need to improve the efficiency and reliability of material flow, where the achievement of these objectives opens up the use of logistic approach. Consideration of the problems in the prism of domestic commercial enterprise is relevant, because it involves coordinating the procurement of goods, their transportation, storage and implementation.

In the work proposed and described in detail ways to improve the efficiency and reliability of the distribution supply chain that are most appropriate in the present situation in the company, namely:

- the company of status of authorized economic operator (AEO);

- implementation of address storage system in the warehouse;

- the transition to the operation mode using RTS with major clients.

The novelty of this research lies in the simultaneous optimization of all stages of the logistic cycle of the company using modern logistics tools to maximize the effective functioning of the supply chain in the shortest possible time. The reliability of the supply chain increases as a result of increased turnover of financial flows in the company, increasing accuracy of planning and optimization of the volume of the stock.
