Reference Model of Business Processes of the Enterprise in the Field of E-Commerce

At the moment the economic situation in Russia has developed in a way that requires a thorough review of the principles and control mechanisms at the level of each enterprise. Today, the management of most enterprises constructed in accordance with the functional approach and has linear-functional structure: each Department performs specific functions and is subject to it’s boss, over which, in turn, is located one or several levels of higher managers. At the heart of this enterprise lies the principle of division and specialization of labor Adam Smith described in his work "The wealth of nations in 1922. In the current environment, however, it became evident that the contradictions between the functionally organized management structure and business objectives to create a number of problems. In the article the problems of management in the functional approach, built a reference model of business processes in e-Commerce and detailed processes of this model on the example particular company.
