Objective Cooperation Factors within an International Group

The present work is devoted to the research of the activity processes of international groups depending on the way of organization of their interaction and on their performance evaluation method. The object of study is the work of an international working group. This object is examined for cooperation factors by applying different methods of measuring performance (evolution of group or individual results) and different ways of organizing joint activities (co-interacting, co-sequential and co-individual). The model of cooperation in the international group was tested experimentally. The interrelation of individual performance measurement, ways of organizing joint activities with the results of the implementation of simple and complex tasks proved. The methods of leveling cultural differences have successfully been tested to minimize the additional difficulties arising from the cultural context during the work process of cross-cultural group.
