Bachelor work on the topic: "Models of the organization of additional hotel services" includes 17tablits and 23risunka. The total number of pages excluding the cover page - 85. The following are the key words in this paper: Hotels, additional services, hotel services in the hotels. Hospitality Industry - is one of the most popular topics of research in the tourism sector. We study different ways of management in various organizations, as well as the demand for data services organizations. However, review of the literature showed that relatively few authors addressed the issues of the research service offerings. At the same time, the authors note that in an increasingly competitive and improve customer requirements, as well as the presence of seasonality, the hospitality sector is forced to look for different new ways to remain competitive, which would not have harmed his reputation and did not deprive target audience. In this expansion, and the provision of additional services contribute to solving this problem, which makes this study important. Objective: To detect the presence of correlation between the amount of additional services offered by the hotel, and parameters such as - the number of rooms, location of this hotel, the hotel class price category. Research object: Hotels in St. Petersburg. To conduct the study, data were collected on hotels belonging to the category 3 *, 4 * and 5 * and have a fund of more than 50 rooms. The scientific novelty of the work: the consideration depending the amount and range of services offered by the hotel in terms of meta compensation and sizes.
