Risk Management on the Basis of Insurance

Risk insurance has been and remains the most popular method of RM worldwide. Risks insurance of an enterprise reduces uncertainty in planning financial activities. The purpose of this research project is the development on enhancement of risk management system for Ministry’s of Internal Affairs in the Moscow Oblast car fleet on the basis of insurance. For achievement of an effective assessment and development of RM system, the analysis of literature on RM will be carried out. Will be performed the collection of empirical data by means of fulfilling deep interviews with managers of the organization and remote questioning. In the course of work will be applied set of methods of the statistical analysis of data and economy-mathematical modeling. Through designated methods will be assessed the effectiveness of existing insurance system and RM in a car fleet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. As a result, will be developed and justified recommendations for improving the system of insurance in FGI " Center of economic and service ensuring of Main Department Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Oblast", as well as the project on implementation of the developed measures in this car fleet.
