Company's Competitive Strategy which Operates on Technical Security Market in Republic of Moldova
Many strategies that are used today were developed when the markets were standardized, consumers’ preferences were homogeneous, and the service industry just began gaining momentum. Now, a completely different situation can be observed. Business practices of the company have significantly upgraded within a specific market of technical security systems. As a result, common principles of competitive strategies development are not always applicable because of the specific features of the security systems market. Thus, the purpose of this work is the development of strategic advice on the choice of the competitive strategy for the Group of Companies ALLAS operating in the market of technical security systems in the Republic of Moldova.
