The Role of Service Quality in Development of Company's Competitive Advantages

Relevance of this work lies in the lack of studies about the quality of services provided by photo studios, and also because of the high level of competition, which is observed on the photo market. Competing on the market, company is able to attract the consumer, only if it provides high quality services. In the theoretical part of the work are discussed the main approaches to the concept of competitive advantage, of the service and quality and main types of classification services and quality management services company. In the practical part of the work were provided industry analysis (using the method of the five forces of the Porter), was conducted analysis of the key factors in the industry, to identify the main competitive advantages of the photo studio. Were applied such methods of assessing the quality of services as SERVQUAL, GAP and the zone of tolerance. As a result were provided recommendations to improve the quality of services provided by the studio.
