Analysis of the Impact of the External Factors on Headquarter-subsidiary Relationships of Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System

The purpose of this final qualifying work is to improve the headquarter-subsidiary relations of the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System. On the basis of the existing approaches to the evaluatioon branches' roles in order to to provide the company with the effective interaction between head office and branches there was developed ra esearch program, including an assessment of the social and economic parameters of the external environment to determine their impact on the level of authority delegation. Likewise, , it was made a comparison of theoretical and actual performed roles branches, as well as the analysis of influence of the branches of roles (the level of authority delegation) the dynamics of their performance. According to the results of the study there were offered recommendations for improving the interaction between the head office and branches, in particular it was developed a functional branch management matrix with various roles performed.
