Talent Management System in Forex Club: Difficulties and Barriers

In the modern companies there is an increasing concern for HR management improvement and personnel effectiveness stimulation. Nevertheless, the trend of Talent Management (TM) system implementation turns out to be ineffective in many companies. Therefore, the current study covers the possible barriers and their impact on the TM ineffectiveness in a Forex Club company in Russia. Based on the set of barriers obtained from a content analysis of HR literature, the interviews of Forex Club top-management and the semi formalized interviews of employees would be carried out. The results revealed the most significant barriers (the levels of system complication and formalization, time-consuming procedures and subjectivity of appraisal instruments) and their impact on the TM system ineffectiveness.
