The Informal Structure in the Organization: Consequences in Terms of Socio-Economic Crisis

In the context of the ongoing social and economic crisis significantly increased the requirements for the performance of companies. The consequence was the need to ensure a more efficient operation of companies, in particular, more effective work of the personnel and the tightening of control over it by the control stores. At the same time the decline in purchasing power has led to increased competition in the retail market. Based on the theory, one of the possibilities to improve the organization's performance is to use the inherent informal structures, the positive effects of which are loyal to the organization, the coincidence of organizational goals with the objectives of the group, raising efficiency standards, exceeding the standards of the formal organization. However, we know that both their negative manifestations often resistance to change, the spread of false rumors, reduction of productive standards. This work is devoted to the study of informal structures in the organization of ZAO "Company 1", the definition of positive and negative influences, as well as identify possible measures for the use of the positive factors of influence of informal organizations and reduce the negative effects. In the study, analysis of the external environment of the enterprise with the help of such tools of strategic analysis was conducted as a PEST-analysis model 5 forces of Michael Porter, as well as an analysis of the internal environment with the help of a questionnaire.
