Development of Recommendations on Increase of the Maturity Level of the CPMS in the "Nikitin"

This thesis presents a study that will examine the current maturity level of the organizational project management (OPM) and possible ways of its elaboration in the retail organization “NikitiN”. The main goal of the project is to determine methods that make it possible to adjust an OPM to a particular industry. The aim will be achieved via analyzing current theoretical basis, developing a specific model and using it to elaborate recommendations for the organization under discussion. The research relies predominantly on qualitative methods such as interviews and publication reviews. Future results may help to grasp the importance of the project-oriented approach and apply the OPM in the industrial production structure.
