Evaluating Efficiency of Loyalty Programs in Russia

The purpose of this final qualifying work is to develop a loyalty program for transport - logistics company "Armada-A" and evaluate its efficiency. Two methods were applied to accomplish this goal - qualitative research technique "brainstorming" and methods of quantitative research - online form.
