The Development of Access to Medicines for the Citizens of the Russian Federation in Outpatient Treatment

At the present stage, the development of the necessary access to medicinal aid in outpatient treatment becomes very important not only in the system of conservation of the physical health of the society, but also directly related to the development of the economic component of the Russian state, as well as playing a significant role in the national security of our country. As part of the present work have been reviewed and analyzed existing in the territory of Russia the program of drug provision in the outpatient sector, ways of financing and prospects at the present stage. Also considered options for the development of drug provision on the basis of foreign experience.
