The current research is an attempt to quantitatively measure a phenomenon of organizational culture in order to examine its linkage with employees’ attitudinal and behavioral outcomes. A Geert Hofstede’s model was used to collect data from 60 employees representing three Russian organizations of ultimately different cultural profiles. Dependent variables of the research are: job satisfaction, job engagement, affective commitment, intention to leave, innovative behavior, counterproductive behavior and organizational citizenship. The results of statistical analysis found it relevant to use a European model in Russia and demonstrated moderate interrelationships between the constructs studied.
