For advanced performing of contemporary tasks managers have to keep an eye on the latest trends, to study them and apply in practice. Project team management - among the key tasks of the project manager. Coaching - one of today's trends in personnel management. This paper deals with the intersection of these two concepts in the field of information technology. The purpose of this paper - to determine the coaching methods and tools, the use of which allows the manager of IT-project team to increase team members’ satisfaction from work. Work tasks: 1. To study the theoretical sources for the project team management. Examine coaching methods and tools. 2. Conduct research and collect data on coaching methods used by IT-project managers while managing the team. Summarize findings. 3. Based on the data create a method that allow to increase team members’ satisfaction from work. Object of research – teams, implementing projects in the field of development, support and infrastructure creating in the field of information technology. Subject of research - coaching methods and tools that are used to enhance satisfaction from work. Scientific novelty consists in identifying coaching techniques and tools, the use of which will allow IT-managers to increase team members’ satisfaction from work.
