Factors of Trainers` Organizational Behaviour in Russian Karate Union Kyokushin Kaikan

This paper aims to investigate the factors of coaches` organizational behaviour significant to succeed in Russian Karate Union Kyokushin Kaikan and competences as an opportunity to implement it. Author comes to the conclusion that trainers` competences are different in some areas: knowledge and skills how to judge at the championships, the ability to determine the existence of injury and the overall level of trainers` technique. Coaches who know how to judge at the championships, able to judge, there is also an inverse connection. In the components of the model where the regulatory consistent is not significant - the motives and attitudes - the answers are much different. There are also differences in the results, the most obvious of them - the frequency and severity of injuries. So, the low frequency of injuries connected with the less seriousness, the frequency and severity of karate students` injuries correspond to the frequency and severity of coaches` injuries.
