Learning Satisfaction of Young Employees of Consulting Companies

The aim of this study is to evaluate the level of learning satisfaction of young employees of consulting companies, as well as to evaluate the degree of matching the expectations of young employees and the company's goals in training. The main objectives of this study in assessment of young employee satisfaction with the training are: • Describe approaches to determining satisfaction with the training of young employees •• Describe the system of corporate training in consulting companies • Examine the attitude of young employees to the corporate training • Identify expectations of employees from the corporate training • Clarify the purpose and objectives of corporate training in the HR-s views • Compare the expectations of employees and objectives of corporate training, to identify gaps in expectations and opportunities (Argyris С., 1991) • Identify the main factors influencing the learning satisfaction of young employees • Develop recommendations for the most effective learning strategies of young personnel consulting companies Methods The study will analyze the documents and statistics collected by the department of personnel in the company. Previous internal investigation and learning satisfaction performance of young employees will be examined. The current training programs conducted in companies will also be analyzed. The main method will be a survey of staff as it covers a large number of employees and evaluates with the least errors. Primary data will be consolidated and with the help of mathematical statistics (SPSS program), will be identified trends, correlations, etc. The next step is the analytical processing of data, checking earlier hypotheses and identifying the new ones. Some conclusions will be tested on focus groups to enrich the quantitative data by qualitative.
