Risk Management of Organizational Changes Projects in the Bank

The investigation includes the analysis of organizational risks management system in the systemically significant Russian bank. The aim of this study is to create recommendations for the management of organizational risks to increase the likelihood of project implementation within the prescribed period. In this work analysis of the scientific literature on this topic, a comparative analysis of different methods of management of organizational risks, as well as the analysis of international risk management standards were conducted. To identify important organizational risks and compete the risk register it was conducted a survey of staff directly involved in the project. Qualitative analysis of the identified risks was carried out based on the relationship matrix of risks, risk maps and expert judgement. The quantitative analysis was based on simulation with usage of Primavera Risk Analysis program. In the study there have been developed guidelines for the management of organizational risk, which significantly reduced the project timelines and the probability of some risks realization.
