The purpose of research – development and practical approbation of model of retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel of large production divisions on development of skills of strategic planning and feature of the organization of work in the companies, in connection with strategy transformation. Object of research — managerial personnel of the LLC LUKOIL-Komi company. As object of research development of system of strategic decisions, and also the mechanism of its implementation in separate large production divisions of vertically integrated oil company acts. Work consists of introduction, the main part, the conclusion, the list of references. In chapter 1 the concept of retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel, the place of formal and informal training of organization development, and also acceptances of increase of abilities, knowledge, skills and adjustment of mental models of employees were considered In chapter 2 the analysis of system of retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel on the example of LLC LUKOIL-Komi in the conditions of transformation of a market situation is carried out, in particular the configuration and structure of the existing programs of retraining and advanced training managerial personnel is provided and the analysis of productivity of the existing programs of retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel is carried out In a chapter 3 – the main components of new model of retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel and an assessment of options of cost of programs and the expected results are developed. In final part results are moved and conclusions by results of all work are drawn. The practical importance of work consists in a possibility of use of the conducted research in activities of LLC LUKOIL-Komi.
