Development and Launch New Product on the Market (in the Case of MyStarta)

The market of education in the last few years has become increasingly popular in Russian Federation. As the object of this work was selected the organization that works in this kind of market, however they choose only one type and of education – business. Also the company focuses the attention only to teenagers. As the aim is allocated to develop the product concept and also the launch plan in chosen markets. To achieve it by doing the following: analysis of the theoretical foundations of the creation and launch of a new product based on consideration specificity, collect the data from two studies and, of course, develop the concept. It was necessary to conduct two marketing studies, each of which was aimed at a different general population, because there are two types of buyers in this market. In two cases, as the data collection method was chosen online questionnaire. During the analysis of the collected information, we identified the main preferences, which became the basis for the development of new service concepts. Ultimately, as a result of this work can be distinguished detailed description of the product, the price of this service, as well as the launch plan. Thus, the results can be used by one specific company, but also the results of market research can be used and other players are present in a given market.
