The present paper describes a research that will examine Bayesian belief networks’ (BBNs) practical implementation. To be more precise, the main goal of it is to elaborate recommendations on using BBNs as a method of project risk management in the company operating in the Russian food industry. It is anticipated that the results obtained will help to explain how BBNs can improve a project risk management system in the company and when it is worthwhile to use this method.
