Development of Communications and Stakeholder Management in PPP Projects

Public-private partnerships play an important role in infrastructure construction and are widely used all over the world. In Russia PPP goes the way of formation while developing several notable projects as the Western High-Speed Diameter or the M-11 highway. Moreover, PPP comprise almost 70% of investments in russian infrastructure projects by 2030. At the same time, there has been insufficient attention to the problem of control of communications and stakeholders, resulting in a high proportion of failed PPP projects, as well as those projects that have difficulties in their implementation. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the current communications management systems and stakeholders, identify their weaknesses and develop solutions to improve and develop these systems.
